I had to reach out to tech support for some help getting everything set up. They did get back to me and eventually fixed the issue, but it took maybe a day or so longer than I was hoping. The guy I talked to was nice enough, probably spent around 10 or 15 minutes helping me, but some of the answers were a bit vague. Overall it worked out, just wish the support had been a little quicker and clearer

I ordered a module from 4dtech after checking their vehicle compatibility info, and it clearly made it seem like it would work with my truck. Once I got it installed, though, it was obvious right away that things weren’t lining up the way they were supposed to.

I even went back and checked my year and trim again, because apparently I have to explain or verify the same thing over and over, and it still didn’t make sense why it was listed as compatible. Now I’m stuck dealing with a return after wasting my time, which is frustrating.

I was hoping for a better experience with 4dtech.com, especially because I was trying to get the issue sorted out during a busy week and didn’t really have time to go back and forth. The replies took longer than I expected, and when I did hear back, the tone felt a little short. I also had to repeat the same information more than once, which got frustrating quickly. The product itself might be perfectly fine, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but the support side made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but definitely not great either

I thought the install was gonna be simple, but yeah, it ended up being way harder than they made it sound. The instructions were kinda all over the place, and after messing with it for a while, I just gave up halfway through.

I tried getting help through the warranty for my broken unit, but it was a huge headache. They kept asking me for more details, then would take forever to respond, and in the end still didn’t do anything to help. It felt like they were just dragging it out until I gave up. I don’t really trust customer service much to begin with, and this definitely didn’t change my mind.

My order did show up in one piece, so that’s good, but wow, the shipping felt like it took 800 years. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just slower than I expected. I was checking the tracking like a maniac and it barely updated, which made it feel even longer. Overall, not terrible, but more tracking updates would make the whole thing way less stressful

The return process was way more annoying than it needed to be. I tried to do an exchange and it took forever, and then on top of that, I’m still waiting on my refund. Like, I get that things take time, but the whole thing just felt dragged out and frustrating.

I ordered from 4dtech because I needed the part and, to be fair, it does exactly what I needed it to do. Shipping was decent and the install wasn’t too bad either, so no real complaints there. That said, I already had a feeling these kinds of products were a little overpriced, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. It works, but for what it is, the price feels a bit high. If you really need it, it’s a solid option, but the value for the money is just okay in my opinion

I was expecting this to be simple because the website made it sound like it was basically plug and play, but that wasn’t really my experience. Once I got it, I ended up having to troubleshoot quite a bit to get things working. It was a little confusing because the site says one thing, but using it felt like a different story...

This didn’t really work out for me. I gave it a fair try, but I’m not satisfied, and something about the results makes me a little suspicious that it’s not doing what it claims.

Got this for my Ford and it did what it was supposed to do. Install was simple enough, and everything showed up right away. No issues so far after a few weeks.

My order was pretty much correct, but it was missing one item. Maybe I overlooked something when I checked the bag, but I’m fairly sure it just wasn’t included.
